From everyone at Spacebar Company OÜ, thank you for using Lighthouse! We build it to help Acton Academies run better and smarter. Because we don't know every one of our customers personally, we have to put in place some Terms of Service to help keep things clear and fair.

When we say "Company", "we", "our", or "us" in this document, we are referring to Spacebar Company OÜ. When we say "Services", we mean our website (https://lighthouse.page-bird.com/) and the Lighthouse CRM platform, whether delivered via web browser, desktop, or mobile. When we say "You" or "your", we are referring to the people or organizations that own an account with one or more of our Services.

We may update these Terms of Service ("Terms") in the future. Whenever we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders.

When you use our Services, now or in the future, you are agreeing to the latest Terms.

Account Terms

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You may not use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes.
  • You are responsible for all content and activity that occurs under your account.
  • Accounts must be created and used by humans.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

  • Lighthouse does not offer a free trial. Payment is required to access the platform.
  • We charge in advance for use of the Services. If you do not pay, your account may be frozen until payment is made.
  • You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, your data will be purged within 60 days.
  • If you cancel before the end of a billing cycle, your service ends immediately. We do not prorate unused time, but reach out—we're fair.

Cancellation and Termination

  • You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. Contact us if you need help.
  • All of your content will become inaccessible immediately upon cancellation and permanently deleted within 60 days.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you're in violation of these terms or using the service abusively.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  • We may update, modify, or discontinue features. We'll give notice when appropriate.
  • We may update prices. If so, you'll receive at least 30 days' notice.

Uptime, Security, and Privacy

  • We take security seriously and operate on trusted infrastructure (Heroku, AWS).
  • Data is encrypted in transit. Backups are encrypted at rest.
  • We may access your data only for legitimate support or troubleshooting with your consent.
  • We will never sell your data or access it without reason.

Copyright and Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of content submitted through the Service.
  • We do not claim rights over your content but require a license to use it for operating the Service.
  • You may not duplicate or use any part of the Service (e.g. HTML, design) without written permission.

Features and Bugs

We build Lighthouse based on real-world use and feedback. While we aim for reliability, bugs can happen. Not all feature requests can be accommodated, but we appreciate them all.

Liability

You agree that Spacebar Company OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

In short: we do our best to provide a secure, useful service. If something goes wrong, we'll work with you to make it right, but can't be held responsible for losses beyond our control.
